I’ve always thought that Youtube was a great addition to the vast wealth of information available on the net. While I’ve seen plenty of my co-workers peruse it much like they do myspace, searching for funny bits or attractive looking people, I’ve found it helpful in tracking down information as well. Does it help proponents of personal finance? So far only a little, but I did find a pretty interesting clip explaining the basics of building your personal finance house.
To be sure, most people don’t look to Youtube to expand their intellectual horizons, but if you learn to narrow your searches you can actually find some clips of useful information, even on less exciting (for some!) topics such as finance.
